I wanted to share my short but very successful story with Barbara.  We met
her through one of my neighbors who had just sold her unit,  Barb was the
purchasing Real Estate agent. We had a short conversation about the fact that
I was going to be putting my condo on the market very soon, we traded
business cards and went our separate ways.  To fast forward, I contacted Barb
when i was ready to go forward with things, we set up a meeting, worked out
the details and got it listed. It was listed on a Sunday at around 2 pm, by
Wednesday we had a cash offer for the full asking price,Thursday we signed
the papers, there were some family dynamics she had to work around, and she
did it with class and great success.  I would without a doubt refer Barbara
to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, she is a consummate professional,
and serious about her job. I look forward to being able to use her in the
near future when I'm ready to buy my home.
